My EMT instructor back in Highschool, along with his best friend died climbing El Capitan back in 2018. Yosemite is beautiful but El captain is a beast. May you rest in eternal peace Mr.Klein.

First time I camped in Yosemite I was walking to the bathroom at night and saw these sporadically moving lights way in the distance. I stared for ages until I realized it was the rock climbers in their cliff side beds with headlamps on. Just THINKING about being in that situation made me nauseous.
