All the Deepwater rigs are single person in the room at a time. One shower per room. TV . Laundry gets done while you sleep. It’s dark quiet and cold. Great sleeping. I’m out here now

I did 25+ years in offshore oil and gas production. drilling rig guys had so much better conditions than production guys.
