@destineykuper: Here’s a prime example of just how attached baby spider monkeys can become to their person. 🐒❤️ Every time I leave the room, get out of the vehicle without her, or basically do anything where she can’t come with me, this is how she acts. I’m definitely her person, and she wants to be with me ALL the time. Whenever we’re out, I constantly have people tell me, “I want a spider monkey!” And while I completely understand why (they’re adorable) I would never recommend getting one unless you’re prepared for something that is honestly a lot like having another child. They aren’t something you get just because they’re cute. They require an incredible amount of time, attention, patience, and commitment, and they become extremely attached to the people caring for them. My family and I absolutely love her, and we wouldn’t trade her for anything. ❤️ But it is definitely A LOT, especially when you realize that to her, we aren’t just her owners, we’re her entire world. 🐒🥹#monkey #baby #baby
