My husband and his ex at one point had it planned that they were going to jump from the cruise ship together and die in the ocean. God had other plans. His ex died a week before their schedule trip where they had zero plans of coming back.

I just want to point out that September is suicide prevention and awareness month. I can tell by these comments alot of you are very uneducated and are regurgitating misconceptions and common stigmas around suicide. please educate yourselves. people suffering from mental health issues dont want to die. its the final collapse of a long battle with mental health. just as someone comes to the end of their life when they are terminally ill... it just kills them differently. Please educate yourselves. The fact that yall are talking like this is exactly why people dont speak up. mortality rate for men is 3x that of women by the way and they are 3x less likely to speak up or seek help.
