Okayyy…these might be dangerous. 😂 Tonight we're making Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Bites—warm little cinnamon-sugar bites with a creamy cheesecake-style glaze drizzled ALL over the top. And we're taking the easy route with refrigerated cinnamon rolls because at 10 o'clock at night, nobody is waiting for dough to rise. Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Bites Ingredients 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls 2 tbsp melted butter ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Cream Cheese Glaze Icing from the cinnamon roll package 2 oz cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp powdered sugar ½ tsp vanilla 1–2 tbsp milk, as needed Directions Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment. Separate the cinnamon rolls and cut each one into 4 bite-sized pieces. Toss the pieces lightly in melted butter. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then toss the cinnamon roll pieces in the mixture until coated. Arrange them with a little space between each piece and bake for approximately 10–14 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Keep an eye on them since smaller pieces bake quickly! While they're baking, beat the softened cream cheese with the packaged icing, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add just enough milk to make it thick but drizzle-able.
