Girl I’m about to graduate and take my Nclex in December but people in my cohort have already accepted jobs 😭 I don’t know what to do bc the nicu is my number 1 choice but I know it’s so competitive. As much as I don’t want to I think I have to get experience on a med surge floor first 😩
