hey! if you do a beef trial, i recently got some chicken tolerance back by very micro exposures (id smell it, then touch it to my tongue, then lick it, put it in my mouth and finally ate like a grain of it and have been building up in amounts) i feel like you maybe did a similar thing with adding in carrots, but just wanted to share because im on hypoallergenic formula/carrots/rice from MCAS. animal protein is next for u i can feel it.

My three year old son was just diagnosed with EOE! He has a gtube so it's not as aggressive but, we had to switch him to Elecare Jr ☺️
