Hiiii! I got diagnosed in March after being paralyzed from the waist down, I had a lot happen to my body from December to March and a lot of childhood trauma that I never talked about, so that brought on FND, I was in a wheelchair for 2 months, in July I started using walking sticks and now in October I’m semi independent with tiny flares here and there! Keep having hope friend❤️don’t give up

I’m 19 and have had symptoms since start of this year and have been diagnosed with fnd since a few months. The worst part isn’t even the symptoms but nobody believing you that it’s real even if scans are normal

I don’t know if I have PNES or not, but I have severe heart palpitations, dizziness, and seizure like symptoms at least once a week once every two weeks and no doctor will even take me seriously I’ve been to dozens. “They just tell me go home. It’s anxiety.”
