kuṇḍalinī starts to make you very sensitive to the vibrations of others whether that is emotions or thoughts (they often come together ofc). what’s hard for some at first (esp depending on upbringing and how aware you were of kuṇḍalinī’s ascent in your body) is knowing that it’s not you and knowing who it comes from. for me it’s been hard for a while bc i was living w my parents so it was a lot easier to mistake their stuff as mine since i have their ancestral imprints running through me already. and bc i often took on other ppl’s projections throughout childhood i think a shifting/unstable sense of self as i was going through my process made it difficult. but with other ppl it’s gotten a lot easier to tell, and when it’s extremely dissonant it feels like it’s ON TOP of me rather than coming through me, my body starts vibrating strangely and i feel all their fears and thoughts and paranoias.

Any time I meet someone new, I always have a gut feeling if they're trustworthy or not. My intuition never fails me. Like it could be very nice introduction but there's a small voice that screams "DON'T TRUST". One the other hand, I could meet someone where we immediately get off on the wrong foot and disagree yet there's a voice that says "YEAH YOU CAN TRUST THEM"

Me too!! Same I got the down low on a neighbor assaulting someone. The dream was a warning telling need to stay away from him. Plus the popo came to me first cuz he got the wrong house. So multiple forms of warning. And no I judge the heck out of everyone who deserves it, don't agree with the compassion part lol
