Adhd and pattern recognition. I have to pull into my heart from headspace. A lot of it is past abuse and my mind trying to analyze possible outcome’s to protect me. I have to catch myself doing it and calm and ground myself. Put my hand on my heart and say I’m safe. My grandmother was def an angel. She was the kindest person I know. She’s the one who taught me how to cook and love myself when other family didn’t. She was my best friend. I took care of her for many years when she was sick and miss her everyday. I have a lot of things of hers here. It’s special to me. I was the only one in the family that seemed to want it. When she passed away. The family lost its connection too. I end up dreaming about her house often, which I lost. I know every inch of it. My safe place. I had a vision of her a few years ago, where she was young and bright white light, rainbow and gold around her. Completely angelic. ⭐️. In my healing era and just broke a dissociative pattern a few days ago. My room that became my sanctuary started to feel like a prison, I was stuck in but peaceful healing and needing rest to recharge. My husband tries to break me out of it and get me to change things up when I feel stuck. Extremely grateful for that. Loves me for all the things I was taught not to love.
