Find them in my bio 👀💖 - Bread: ✰ 1 1/4 cup (283g) 0% Greek yogurt ✰ 1 1/4 cup (150g) flour ✰ 1 1/2 tsp (6g) baking soda ✰ garlic powder, salt and pepper Filling: ✰ 8 oz extra lean ground beef - garlic powder, onion powder, paprika salt and pepper for seasoning ✰ 1/2 cup (56g) fat free cheese Garlic parm butter: ✰ 2 tbsp (30g) low fat butter ✰ 1 tbsp (15g) Parmesan ✰ 1 tbsp (15g) minced garlic ✰ parsley 1. On a pan on high, mash ground beef with seasonings until cooked. 2. Mix together dough ingredients, then separate into 6 balls. 3. Mash a dough ball on a floured surface then fill with meat and cheese (you know the drill, wash and rinse the cheese for a creamier melt), fold over the edges of the dough then seal. Repeat with remaining dough balls. 4. Air fry balls at 375F for 8-10 minutes or until golden and cooked through then brush with garlic butter. 5. Enjoy!
