Perhaps the Singapore government is unaware that some companies use scheming tactics to pressure employees into resigning voluntarily, despite having NTUC-affiliated unions. They do so to avoid retrenchment benefits and the formal retrenchment process.

Greatest Motto :
Many are increasingly concerned about the impact of LARGE-scale immigration and foreign labour-policies.
Several incidents over the years have raised questions about whether stronger safeguards and enforcement are needed:
1. The 2013 Little India Riot, where police-cars were overturned and fire 🔥 was set after a traffic accident involving migrant worker, highlighting challenges in managing large migrant-gatherings.
2. The 2023 Singapore money laundering case, where foreign nationals purchased Ten (10) units in 1 New-Launch with illicit funds, raising questions about due diligence by property agencies, financial institutions & oversight by Council for Estate Agencies.
3. Several security-incidents involving foreigners (almost 100%) including murder/rape/threats/theft/harassment reported Onboard planes/Changi Airport and other locations.
These cases highlight the importance of stronger enforcement, transparency, and accountability to ensure Singapore remains SAFE for its citizens (especially ladies who fall for foreign-partners) Countries such as Switzerland and Japan introduced STRICTER-IMMIGRATION controls extensively to balance economic needs with social stability
