@bleachisthegoat26: Peoples main belief of ichigos character and who he is has been run through the mud and has convinced many anime fans that Ichigo is this surface level easy to understand character who just wants to save his friends when it is more than that and has always been more than that. Ichigo is a deeply complex and traumatic character which alot of people seem to either misunderstand or miss entirely. Most people dont even know bleachs core theme of identity and self acceptance. #ichigo #bleach #anime #manga #mangaedit

Just Zay Guys :

Bleach is genuinely one of the deepest anime’s oat

Or they don’t have any emotional intelligence and they just don’t know what they are talking about

Bai Zhong 🌀 :

I'll be the soul king dattebayo

Sam |-/ :

Ichigo narratively follows the same writing as spiderman, paternal figure dies, he blames himself, it becomes core to their persona, responsibility is thrust upon them, they risk everything for family, friends and the greater good, they stack everyday struggles with things so much grander than them, both have missed class to fight for what they believe in, for Parker "with great power comes great responsibility" for Ichigo his whole reason he wishes for power is to protect, hell his name can mean 1st/best protector (15 and strawberry too) at some point they both get struggles with their power and identity

fm.2313 :

Ichigo is literally a teenager trying to figure himself out while life keeps throwing things at him that he never asked for. His goal has always been pretty simple: protect the people he loves. But underneath that, there’s so much more to his character, especially his identity crisis and his struggle to understand who he really is and where he belongs. Ichigo doesn’t start his story with some grand vision of who he wants to become because he’s still figuring out who he is in the first place. His journey isn’t about chasing a dream, it’s about discovering himself.

James :

I think the biggest problem with ichigo's misinterpretation comes from the anime. it's not as faithful as people make it out to be, the manga is tenfold better

Armando :

what ppl want

titan.fall.2_enthusiast :

anyone who thinks bleach is horrible can’t comprehend ichigos writing

LuhRaxMR :

Manakua :

It is the most realistic dream too lmao in a world of Ninjas and weather changing and island destroying pirates I don’t care about Hokage or Pirate King bro😭✌️

Vivi!! :

Bleach is peak 🙏

215.bizzle :

Ichigo is “boring” to most anime fans bc he doesn’t have the personality of a 12 year old boy & they can’t rap their head around a character that is mature or relates to an older audience.

Lofe :

bro ichigo obv shouldve said "I wanna be the strongest soul Reaper there is and protect my friends, dattobayo!!"

Ninja :

Unlike other normal main characters, trauma really broke ichigo. i love his character for that

malik :

TELL EM KING
