I grew up in a family restaurant kitchen and I'm sharing simple food ideas while learning as I go. This one's a stacked buldak cucumber egg flight — spicy, creamy, crunchy, all in one bite.

Ingredients:
- 2 boiled eggs
- Cucumber, sliced
- Korean cocktail sauce
- Buldak ramen (instant), cooked per package instructions
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Green onion, sliced
Directions:
1. Poke a small hole in each egg, boil, then transfer to an ice bath.
2. Cook the ramen according to package instructions.
3. Slice the cucumber and green onion.
4. Slice the eggs in half.
5. Top each egg half with a cucumber slice.
6. Drizzle with Korean cocktail sauce.
7. Roll the ramen into a nest and place on top.
8. Finish with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and green onion.
