This is one of it's found that the police officers illegally detained. You, they should automatically be arrested for kidnapping. Illegal detainment, illegal search and seizure unless they have probable cause. I do not believe a cop should be able to say they smelled marijuana, and then be able to search your car. They use that line way too much, just to see if they can find anything
