when i was 15 and 16 riding my bike through there in the 70.it was very little to no traffic hardly at all. today is nothing but heavy traffic all through that area specially. it definitely wasn't not a good move on there part to ride through a busy area with peoples on one bike. it very dangerous to ride bike in Manhattan at night.
