Im 25 years in professional kitchen incl. 10years of michelin as a chef and I might say that most terrible mornings to wake up for job was when I drank and need to wake up. Alcohol doesnt go properly with that kind of risponsabilities. Be sober and cook+ come on time always without exceptions! If you decided to be a real professional in this profession than dont do drinks, etc... Cooking and prep is for clean head. just sayin'
