@mothershipsg: In a video posted to Instagram recently, the Korean couple said they found the phone at around 1am in Haeundae, Busan, and were on their way to the police station when they received a call on it. According to the couple, 3 Singaporean tourists had been riding their scooters around the area in circles while searching for the phone. The couple told the owner that his phone was on “Do Not Disturb” mode and that they had to turn it off to return the call. They also declined a reward offered by the tourists, saying they hoped they would instead spend the money on their holiday and leave Busan with happy memories. #mothershipnews #busan #tiktoksg #korea

haha my son also drop his phone last yr at busan bus stop. A kind korean lady returned to him. we disturb my son that is returned cos is samsung phone cos is not iphone 17 then.. Jokes aside, korea is relatively safe. we used tissue paper chop table, they use phones to chop table instead..

My cousin dropped her wallet on the street in Jeju and it was immediately handed in to the nearest police station with all the cash and cards untouched. Very thankful to the unknown good samaritan!
