@parrot.pal: The UK’s national diet survey says adults average about 16g of fibre a day against a 30g recommendation, and only 3 to 4% of the country hits it. Our 41 million logs say people actively dieting run lower still, about 12g on the median logged day, with women on GLP-1 medication lowest of all.
