New follower here I lost my husband August 4 of this year and it’s just been the worst year ever so far I still have my 83-year-old mother who is a narcissist and two weeks after my husband‘s memorial service she got really mad at me on the phone because I was still grieving and crying she has been a very unloving mother my whole life and I am just so tired of her taking my peace away even when my husband was alive I wasted so much time trying to make her love me. I finally hung up the phone and wrote her off. I am never speaking to her again.
