When I was 14 I gave my grandmother $20 cash in exchange for using her credit card. I spent nearly $400 on that card before she even got her next statement in the mail. She pulled me into her bedroom one day and scolded me, but promised not to tell my mom as long as I got a job and paid her back. She ended up getting sick and passing away a few months later. I carry the guilt of never getting the chance to pay her back.
