THANK God I have paid my mortgage off at age 36. Not a brag, but I seriousky don't know how some people are going to cope with Mortgage I creases, Utility charges going up, crazy fuel prices and shopping going up weekly.

why would you not get a house and mortgage that was 1.25k per month and then pay an additional 1.25k per month, you'd save yourself a good 10 to 15 years and hundreds of thousands in interest
