Well, the council will be out there jurisdiction and if the council choose to try and ban people or find them then they can face commit committing treason against the monarch because the St George’s flag and the Union Jack is owned by the crown by the monarch not by the council street post street lighting main roads, public footpath and the general Commonwealth is paid by the taxpayer so the council are out of their jurisdiction and underneath the Maggie Carter law was stems from Roman Times which is still in fact now as it’s the oldest English law in the land can ever be updated scratch or changed anything what is updated goes to a statutory law and anything to do with the union Jack all the St George’s flag is owned by the monarch by the king. They are way out of their jurisdiction and they cannot find or prosecute their general taxpayers as it’s common land for a reason so I’d like to see the council, try it the councils are nothing but racist to English people and they were disgrace to this country and they were disgrace to the king
