When the resident want to talk with him (confront)one of police told dnt involved of this are emergency situation no one can involve let them settled but lots of police there just standing and see him by his character action without any concern to slow talk...for 4 5 hrs even scdf already set up the equipment up there they still take thier sweet time to save the person to save his life but end of the they the police just ambush him like that, is that the way how they save people on that situation...what kind of professional training they up to as thier certified to do so... What ashamed they really are if they are afraid to jump out and threw the net before the person jump down not when he about to or after he jump than threw out the net to save
