@globaldailymirror: The Agana Bridge in Tarlac City has reopened to pedestrians and light vehicles this week, with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) imposing a 10-ton weight limit. Trucks and buses remain prohibited from crossing the bridge. Some four-wheeled vehicles, coasters and Elf-type delivery trucks may pass as long as they stay within the weight limit.
