I had a job that abandoned me for 22 hours. I couldn't sleep because I had a resident that was an escape artist. I finally called the police dept and they came to the house. All of the sudden, the owner of the house ( she lived 2 miles away) came flying in asking why the police were there. I said, " Ask them. I'm gone". The police would not let me leave until I had a ride because, the officer saw how exhausted I was. She never did that to me again.😁

After I kept getting taken advantage of like this . I told my supervisor my schedule is from 5am-4pm if someone is late that is a you problem, I have a life outside of this office .

I get anxiety when it close for my shift to end worrying if I would be relieved on time. Knowing that I have a baby to pick before going home, very stressful and disrespectful when people don’t respect their schedules .
