@clips100k_: if your instagram account got disabled, don’t panic and don’t keep submitting appeals over and over. this is what worked for me: leave the account alone. don’t keep logging in, appealing, or trying to make changes. i personally left mine sitting there for at least 2 weeks. after waiting, submit your ID or another valid government-issued document if instagram gives you the option to verify your identity. once you’ve submitted it, give instagram some time to process it. don’t keep repeatedly submitting forms or doing anything to the account. after some time, refresh/check instagram again. and then… voila 😭 my account was back i can’t guarantee this will work for everyone because instagram’s recovery process can vary depending on why the account was disabled, but if you’re stuck, giving the account some time before trying again may be worth it #fyp #viral #disabled #instagram #meta
