I’ve had mine removed over 20 years ago , I’m lucky I didn’t get that bam , I have to take a supplement to help digestion tho

Have it out Shane. I took the same attitude as you, then I got ill, 2 weeks later in hospital with sepsis fighting for my life, all because of my gall blader became infected.

trust me be careful l came out of hospital 18months ended up in critical care through gall bladder l was full.of infection had five cuts draining out my stomach and so bad my family was told l was in a very dangerous place lucky l came out of it scary times. xx

you have no choice but to have it! I left mine for 5 years, mainly because id already had 7 laparotomies for various bowel issues, you can cause pancreatic and if a stone roams off and gets stuck in the bile duct its a fatality. your op will be laparoscopic and very quick on recovery. 🥰good luck!

I had mine removed when I was 21….as a gallstone kept blocking my bile duct…which would start to shut my other organs down…for the first 6mths it was relearning what could be eaten together & where the nearest loo was….but I’m now 46 & even before my gallbladder issues I couldn’t eat certain foods because of acid reflux…& I still avoid them now…but I’m glad I had mine out xx

Best thing I did was have it taken out I went a year half without an attack and then every 2 weeks I had one I had mine taken out in November 2025 I eat what I want now without anything xx

I had my gallbladder out 14 years ago the best thing I ever did! pain was unbearable I couldn't eat I was severely jaundice and so sick!! lost lots of weight,!! but worth it!

Had mine out 4 years ago. Never had any bother really unless I eat something greasy or too much dairy. Then I need to be close to the toilet 😂
