Reiki ASMR🧿ETHERIC FIELD CLEANSING 🌑 | Deep Energy Reset Beyond the physical body lies an invisible layer of subtle energy, often described as the etheric field. It can be understood as the energetic space where emotional tension, environmental stress, and lingering exhaustion may be felt and carried. When you feel unusually heavy, mentally scattered, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself, it may be time to pause, release, and reset. Through Reiki, breath, intention, and the symbolism of the dark moon, this practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and return your attention to your own center. 🧿 Signs You May Need an Etheric Field Reset 🧿 Emotional Absorption You easily pick up on the moods and energy of people around you, especially in crowded or emotionally intense environments. 🧿 Heavy Stagnation You feel deeply tired or weighed down and find it difficult to fully relax or switch off. 🧿 Lingering Attachments You continue thinking about a person or interaction long after it has ended, as though part of your attention is still connected to it. 🧿 Blurred Boundaries Your focus feels scattered, your inner center feels distant, and you find yourself becoming overly affected by your surroundings. 🧿 The Healing Pathway Detachment & Cord Release Reiki energy moves through the subtle field, supporting the release of emotional residue and attachments that feel draining. Energetic Clearing Stagnant sensations are gently brought into awareness, allowing the body, breath, and subtle energy to return to a more natural rhythm. Sealing & Grounding The practice closes with grounding and energetic containment, helping you reconnect with a clearer sense of self and personal boundaries. 🌑 The Restored State Light. Clear. Centered. Whole. Like the stillness after a storm, the noise begins to settle. You no longer have to carry everything you encounter. You return to yourself. “In complete stillness, release every burden that is not yours. Call every scattered part of your energy back to your center.” Breathe. Release. Recalibrate. 🌑 Reiki ASMR • Etheric Field Cleansing • Energy Reset #asmr #reiki #energyhealing #EnergyCleansing #spiritualhealing - @kumari_reiki_asmr
