@legallyspeaking73: 🌪️ Can a natural disaster excuse someone from legal responsibility? In some situations, the law may recognize an Act of God—an unexpected natural event that can affect whether someone is legally responsible. But when does nature actually excuse liability? ⚖️ #ActOfGod #InterventionOfNature #LegalTermsExplained #LawMadeSimple #LawTok
For instance, trying to identify a spook with the intent of taking them out but you got the wrong person. Even in this situation, it is very clear that you a threat to any real spook you successfully identify and in any case, won't get you out a conspiracy to commit murder charge but the misidentification is likely to clearly show; for instance, clear intent under to commit serious offences under the National Security Act 2023, anti-terror legislation as well as other important relevant legislation. Merely failing to show you successfully obtained protected info doesn't mean there won't be clear evidence that you were seeking just that. Failure of objective certainly doesn't evidence lack of intent.
If the person you mistakenly caught is a separate loved one of spooks colleague, expect both spooks to make a very big deal of it and treat as if they are themselves being personally targeted. Oh and you would now have yourselves a situation where the person you misidentified now might also be very angry friends and loved ones tol. Not a desirable situation to be caught up in, at all.
A judge wouldn't look any more favourably on the matter either just because you didn't get a real spook when that was clearly your intention.
"fine art" 🤔🤔🤔
