@zeeenariya: I can't be the only Sweet potato hater. Prior to starting my weight loss, I never ever cooked sweet potatoes. But now, these orange ones have my heart. On this day, I woke up craving chicken suya and because I don't eat out at the moment , Yahuza wasn't an option. I wanted it delicious suya but healthy so I made some myself. I was thinking of what to pair it with and somehow this sweet potato bowl happened 😂 And you guys!! This was SOOOOO GOOD. Like, it didn't look or taste like diet food at allll! I used boneless chicken thighs and removed the skin because we’re trying to reduce the fat where we can. You can absolutely use chicken breast if you want to make it even lower calorie, but the thighs were sooo juicy. And all I used to season the chicken was Yajin Kulin Hajiya. Just that, black pepper and oil. And I’ve been LOVING this Yajin Kuli so much lately. In fact, we have the Yajin Kuli available for ₦1,500 per container and I think we have only about 10 left. If you want one, send me a DM before they finish. I also used my @buchymix stainless steel air fryer, which has honestly become my most-used Buchymix appliance. I use this thing almost every day . I love that I can air fry, bake, roast, dehydrate, toast, grill… basically, plenty things in one appliance. And on this weight-loss journey, having an appliance that makes cooking this kind of food easy has been such a help. And you absolutely do NOT have to be on a weight-loss journey to make this bowl fa. It’s just genuinely delicious, filling and so easy to put together. Would you eat this if I served it to you?
