Every agent and AI employee you build later plugs into the same folder. 1. The folder. Plain text files. It's bigger than customer names and voice; a business runs on six kinds of knowledge: - What you sell (offers, what's in them, real prices, what you never discount) - Who you sell to (each customer, what they bought, what they keep asking, live deals) - How the work gets done (processes step by step, who does what, which tool holds what) - What you've decided (decisions + reasons; rules: refunds, shipping, lines the AI never crosses) - What's happening now (projects, deadlines, blockers, meetings turned into decisions and actions) - The numbers (targets, weekly figures, pricing math) Plus how you talk (ten real messages) and the people (team, suppliers, who owns what). 2. The map: one file at the top, one line per file, when to read which. This is what makes it answerable. 3. Point your AI at it: "read the map before you answer me," then ask anything. Answers come from your files, with the source. 4. Keep it current. The AI maintains it: drop in a transcript, a client email, a decision, and it writes the page, links it, updates the map. Then automate the feed: new CRM customer → page written; meeting ends → decisions and actions added; invoice paid → numbers updated.
