Cinnamon Sugar Donuts ✨ Ingredients * 1 tsp yeast * 3 tbsp sugar * 150 ml milk (≈ ⅔ cup) * 1 egg * 315 g flour (≈ 2½ cups + 1 tbsp) * 1 tsp salt * 43 g softened butter (≈ 3 tbsp) Cinnamon Sugar Coating * 160 g sugar (≈ ¾ cup) * 1 tsp ground cinnamon Instructions 1. Mix the milk, yeast, and sugar until combined. Add 1 egg (I forgot to record this part in the video!) and mix. Add the flour, salt, and softened butter, then mix. Coil fold the dough multiple times, cover, and let rise for 2 hours, or until doubled in size. 2. Place the dough onto your work surface, divide it into 8 equal pieces, and shape each piece into a ball. 3. Place each ball onto a square of parchment paper, gently flatten it, and make a hole in the center. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. 4. Carefully place the donuts into the hot oil, gently remove the parchment paper, and fry until golden on both sides. 5. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together. While the donuts are still warm, coat them in the cinnamon sugar on both sides. #donuts #donut #bread#breaddtok #homemade
