I always own up to it if I’m the reason for the team reminder texts and meetings normally it was required to get what the company wanted done in the time they wanted it done just had to cut some corners to get it done 🤣

lol unless someone tells me directly I never assume it’s me. I had this very conversation with leadership and now they directly communicate with the person and post a friendly reminder lol. Turns out a lot were me and I never knew 🤣

I messaged a doctor on Teams about a patient and then we got an all staff email saying that BHS’s should NOT be messaging doctors and any communication to the doctors should come from the nurses only. I was like 👀 damn okay… coulda just told me in private, not sent out an all staff email 😭 LMAO
