my friend that bought a car is now regretting it, he has sold the car now because no money for fuel again, and no money to pay landlord again. To me, first build house. Business can disappointed you and you will face mess from your landlord. I’m talking out of experience. As my online investment failed me I wish I know build house I for hear wane from my landlord. I’m happy in my own house
