Police shot him while he was running away. The family better sue the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department for millions of dollars for wrongful death, 4th Amendment constitutional violations, civil rights violations and racial profiling. The police dont take things seriously until riots and lawsuits take place. Cops do this everyday to black folks.
