I'd stop working if I had 10 mil but then I could do other things like volunteer work travel spend more time with family get to go visit extended family that lives far away from me.

$10 million is enough for me to finally relax and take care of myself and try to figure out my auto immune issues that are literally debilitating. I would absolutely stop working. I would focus on me and my happiness and do the things that make me happy and feel better in my life. Whether that is take a road trip into the mountains and go mining or visit Family for a short period of time and then go on a trip/vacation where I would explore different islands and such. I would figure out what I’d wanna do. I would create a bucket list. $10 million is more than I think I’ll ever be able to see in my entire life. Even a few thousand dollars can make a difference between me paying bills right now. I feel like some people that have a lot of money are so out of touch with those that don’t and don’t realize how hard it is for us to struggle. If I don’t go to a chiropractor every week I have debilitating back pain sometimes and if I don’t take my medicine for my auto immune, I can’t get up without feeling nauseous or lightheaded. Some people will actually read my comment and some people will not care enough. There’s a difference between two different people. It’s OK to be different, but you also have to be aware that other people have feelings too.

$10M is enough to live on $200K a year for the next FIFTY years without doing anything with it. He's worried about "ambition." I'm worried about his ability to live within his means, if $200K a year, for the rest of his life, is not enough. PLUS, the ability to spend that whole life learning new things.
