At the end of the day your peace is more than enough. If you feel like blocking each and every person that’s disrespecting your business do it. The problem with people is they think as a service provider you have to take every blow from a client even if it means you’re constantly making a loss. But also remember they will be someone who will also think your cakes are less than you charge they will appreciate your work more. Losing clients that don’t value your time and effort is okay. You will definitely get better clients ❤️

I will put it this way, since you have noticed this habit from her,if she orders a cake that costs 500, increase the price to 600 so when she asks for discount, you drop to 500,the actual price, that way you don't run a loss and you get to keep your customer.
