@brandnat: Why you should pay attention to Jev - NEW category of AI model that doesn’t “chat” and never hallucinates? Interesting one to watch as we may be using it as the decision layer between AI software that executes. Every action AI takes requires a lot of micro decisions which costs a lot, takes ages and is kind of like asking a lawyer to waste time making a decision on what Colour the light switch should be. Jev is basically a “decision” model that uses probability to make decisions based on many things to consider in parallel with confidence scores. Being able to do this 400x cheaper and 200x faster than ChatGPT could be a step forward in specialized AI models forming the stack instead of just 1 powerful AI model. it's only good for data classification decisions, which LLMs are quite an expensive solution for. Jev is a great layer to infer, classify and route in an automation / agentic flow
