MOTS-c later.” So naturally… I went down the rabbit hole. 😂🐇 The THEORY actually makes a little more sense when you look at what each peptide is being researched for: ⚡️ SS-31 → mitochondrial membrane/function research 🔥 MOTS-c → metabolic signaling + energy regulation research The thinking in peptide communities is basically: support the mitochondria first → THEN introduce the metabolic signal. Think of SS-31 as working on the “equipment” and MOTS-c as sending instructions to use it. That’s why you’ll see people talk about running SS-31 first rather than immediately stacking everything together. I’ve been using the Stackr app Research Library to dig into the actual research behind both because mitochondrial peptides are an entirely different rabbit hole from Reta. 😂 And Stackr app lets me keep my research, tracking and active levels in one place instead of relying on screenshots I saved three weeks ago and can no longer find. 💀 Important distinction: SS-31 → MOTS-c is NOT an established clinical protocol. These peptides are still being studied, and the sequencing you see online largely comes from research interpretation and peptide-community practice.
