Digital games, because you buy a game instantly on your device and there is no need to go outside and loose time. Just add your card and thats it! Previously there was no enough space on consoles to keep all games, now it's easier but again game can be around 70-100GB and even after you buy a CD disk you need to download additional stuff to play a game.

I stopped going years ago after they pushed their employees to nag their customers to buy their pro membership as soon as I walked in.

I actually worked at Spring Mobile (AT&T Authorized Retail) from end of 2015 to end of 2017, from what I understand is that between Spring & Simply Mac (Apple Authorized Retail) we were driving most of the revenue, not sure why they sold it off to Prime Communication tbh.
