@nina_angel_lacartier: For those that sided with me and never wavered, thank you! Amongst the unconstitutional, ungodly, and lawlessness that was presented in the original court dates which have been posted online incorrectly by those in support of the opposing party, this was incredibly sad. As I was the one that petitioned the court in the first place and wasn’t even allowed to showcase my evidence let alone my witnesses. While my only Exhibit which showcases here supports that evidence on the opposing side was altered. Which means all evidence should’ve been thrown out and questioned as that is a felony: Forgery (K.S.A. 21-5823), Making False Information (K.S.A. 21-5824), and Interference with Law Enforcement (K.S.A. 21-5904). Now, if the same district court continues to pursue any charges on me after said falsified evidence was shown to be fact, it can then turn into lawsuits and possible debarred as the practicing attorneys and judges were briefed on the manner and disregarded it. Also, I do NOT care to have any form of contact with said person. I Infact want my property to stop being destroyed when I do not conform to her sexual demands. I’m deeply upset I have had to deal with a mentally ill boy crazy woman and NO, marriage isn’t an excuse when I do not care to share someone with said person and I have tested the waters as this happens every time I have a crush or am talking to someone with dates, times, and everything to validate everything I’ve ever said. As it shows here, me talking down to her on the internet is NOT stalking. It’s called: reactive abuse. This was just one of the many things wrong, sadly, I’ll have to pursue every case the same judge tried as he always put me in the defense position. Huge thank you to those that didn’t believe the opposing party for even just a second. It is way beyond my character to care once I send you out of my life!
