🚨Warning 🚨 this works 👇🏽 It might sound a little cray cray, but it works... To shift in to something NEW you must first create space by releasing the old! No more holding on to what feels safe, when it's change that we want. So here's what I did: I grabbed two cups from my kitchen. One must be bigger than the other... The smaller cup represented my current reality. The larger cup represented the reality I actually wanted. I filled the first cup (smallest cup) with water and just sat with it for a minute. I let myself fully feel my current life exactly as it was. The good parts, the stuck parts, all of it. No judging it, just feeling. Then I took the larger cup & slowly, I poured the water from the small cup into the larger one. While I poured, I spoke aloud my gratitude for my current life. I then took the large cup and filled it to the TOP with new water representing new life, new energy, new beginnings and closed my eyes and visualised myself stepping into the life I wanted. I let myself really feel what that would feel like in my body. Then I drank the water. I did this right before the biggest Shift of my entire career, a wave of beautiful change came. RICHuals ™ work for ME, I’ve been doing them for years... and what I know to be true is.... You cannot just hope your way into a new reality. You HAVE TO let go of the old first, Create space for what your calling in, You have to feel it in your body, You have to actually want what you're calling in. This is just one of the things l've done to call in more of the reality I wanted, and I have a few more I can't wait to share all of them with you!!!
