@22boyzz_0: Ippo Makunouchi throwing punches alone in an empty field at night, no crowd, no ring, no one watching except a dog. Hajime no Ippo is the greatest boxing manga ever made because it never lied about how strength works. Ippo was a bullied kid with nothing, and every single thing he ever won came from nights exactly like this one, doing the work when there was no reason to believe it would pay off. Coach Kamogawa said it best, the world is not fair enough to reward everyone who works hard, but there is not a single person who succeeded without it. So you keep swinging in the dark and you let the results show up when they show up. That is the whole story of Ippo in one image. #ippo #hajimenoippo #anime #motivation #quotes
