mines literally just a sensitive vasovagal nerve. I started having fainting episodes after 2 years of pre-syncope. Yeah my therapist let me know that because of how I was brought up where I was always in fight or flight my nervous system had been changed. Now that I'm safe it decides to be silly sometimes. Shout-out to my beta blocker though, that shit has saved me!

It’s scary and I’m sorry you experience them too. I’ve had them since my teens (very bad childhood). Had my license taken away at one point. Hopefully starting EMDR soon 🙏🏻
