The same way that gcse causes stress and pressure on students? Only without the option to resign?? Ofsted isn’t strict enough and teachers shouldn’t be stressed unless they know that something is wrong

the ofsted reports are fake anyway the school teachers put on a good show just for that day the go out and inspect and how can it be stressful for the teachers when the kids are doing most of the work themselves

The grading needs to completely go . There should just be bullet points of strengths and next steps for what to work on . Also the next steps shouldn’t be available online but private with ofsted checking in on schools to see if weaknesses were worked on .
