REAL CONTEXT‼️when that house was paid off, Eugene Luther had told his siblings & mom that it was $27k behind (was already paid off in 2024) they gave $6-7k more to catch up to the $27k! but the landlord & realtor went by the house because it was up for sale (nobody that lived there knew about it) told the residents that they had OVERPAID so the $6k Eugene recieved, he went & got lawyers & took off his parents name off the lease. The day he took his mother to court, she represented herself because the lawyer she got backed out last minute because she had saw that her name was not on the house so she was going to lose anyway (the lawyer backed out a day PRIOR to the court date) so thats how he won the case. AFTER court, he told his mother to stay in that house because he wont sell it, of course she believed her "precious" son that is why when the court sent out a writ of possession, everyone had to get their things out by 2pm the next day. they recieved the letter the day prior @4pm did not have time to put their belongings in units because everywherw was closing. that is why u see everyone packing so fast UPREPARED!

Omg if that’s really how everything happened, that makes the whole situation make so much more sense 😭 especially them having basically no time to prepare after getting the notice so late. I can understand why everyone looked so rushed and unprepared. That’s honestly such a heartbreaking situation, especially if they trusted him when he told them they could stay. 💔
