@coinhub: One missing letter. One very specific date. Check a 1982 Roosevelt dime just above the date: a normal Philadelphia example has a P, while the recognized 1982 No P variety lacks it. Older Philadelphia dimes can normally have no mint mark. Strong and weak strikes are recognized, so a faint or worn area needs careful inspection. Don't clean a possible find; get the variety checked and compare sold examples in similar condition.
