in 1990 3 men kicked my dad to death. Because it couldn't be determined which one landed the killer blow they all got acquitted of murder & one got 18 months for affray. The justice system is a joke & always has been

Maximum sentence for manslaughter is life in prison - can anyone actually tell me of a case where that has been applied - there have been many henious murder cases where they been given plea deals and literally got away with murder
