He is making a point. However, We have to pay attention to his actions. Is he like this all the time. There could be a reason the mother has the attitude. If he is anxious like this all the time. No way he will be left alone with my child. Calm down dude!

In Alabama as long as he doesn't leave the country he has the right to take the baby in all 50 states.

Dad has the right to take the child if there is no custody order in place as much as the mother. To all men don’t let the police convince you otherwise no matter what. If you go to court before you have the child in your custody, you will be on visitation 2 weekends out the month plus child support. Unless you can prove the mother is not a fit parent.
